“Stayed only one night, July 9th, and was the victim of several bedbug bites. Tried contacting the owner, but no response. No manager returned my calls after I checked out. I finally was able to get through to someone 3 weeks later who advised me to send details in an email, which I did, and no one ever responded to that email. Since there are posted reports of bedbugs after my stay, I can only conclude that they never addressed the problem and they are still infested. Our room APPEARED to be moderately clean upon check-in, but actually there was a lot of dust, mold and a mildewy smell. We could not get another room, as they claimed to be fully booked immediately after we checked in. We checked out the morning of the 10th and I had over 20 bedbug bites. I'd never experienced anything like this in my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I paid over $120.00 for one night and the bed was NOT comfortable, the room was not clean, the phone did not work, the air conditioner could not be adjusted, and the room was infested with bedbugs. I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!”

“checked in the Saturday the 16th, out the 18th. The room was pretty bad when we checked in but since we waited till the last minute to find a hotel we knew thats all we could find. My fiance woke up at 5am to use the bathroom which woke me up causing me to find a blackish looking bug next to my pillow. He killed it and lifted up his pillow to find 2 more crawling. He freaked out saying that they were bed bugs... we walked down to the office because we discovered that our phone was ripped out of the wall and did not work. There was no manager on duty so the maintenance man came up to take a look. We could not find any- only the blood stain from the killed one was left. He said bed bugs were a big problem in the area but could not be sure with out seeing one. He leaves and we start packing. We go back to the bed and see one crawling! We put it in a ziplock bag and brought it down. He said it was a bed bug. He was very concerned and had to go through all these precautions so we wouldnt take them home with us. Everything had to go into black garbage bags and be taken to a professional. The hotel ended up refunding us and paying for the drycleaning. It was one of the worst experiences we ever went through. They carry 24 deadly blood diseases and are extremely hard to get rid of. NEVER STAY HERE... The rooms aside from the bed bugs are still disgusting... we had suspected that are sheets were dirty, broken phone, no bulb in light, and small stains on the sheets (come from bed bugs as well)”
