The Bottom Line:
The Copa Cabana Resort hotel is located just south of Wisconsin Dells. Guests enjoyed the large rooms, and especially liked the indoor pool and water park. However, many patrons criticized the hotel for its outdated, tropical themed, decor and lack of cleanliness. Specifically, guests reported rust and mold around the pool, dust bunnies in the rooms, and low water pressure in the bathrooms. Several guests did note, however, that these problems are less apparent in the newer part of the hotel. The Copa Cabana is located near several restaurants (including an IHOP) and attractions like mini golf, batting cages, the Tommy Bartlet exploratory, and duck rides. Despite these advantages many guests were unhappy with what they considered rude behavior by the hotel staff.
