The Bottom Line:

The Chula Vista Resort is in a quiet location next to the golf course.. Guests recommend the pizza at the on-site Howlers restaurant. Reviewers warn that standard rooms have thin walls, with noise carrying well, and recommend the more expensive condos, which are two and three bedroom. Some guests found the rooms not up to their standards of cleanliness. However, they liked the flat screen televisions. Condos also have full kitchens and some have whirlpool tubs. Guests loved the indoor waterpark, but complained that the tunnel access was cold in winter. Wireless internet was free, but somewhat slow. Reviewers do not recommend the buffet, which was overpriced and of poor quality. Service was criticized for being rude and housekeeping disrespectful of do not disturb signs.
