The Bottom Line:

The Black Hawk Motel is a few blocks away from the Dells strip. It is close to Cafe Utopia and a TravelMart. Guests found the mattresses extremely comfortable and loved the pillows. They appreciated the microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms. They also loved the high pressure shower heads. Suites have reserved parking and separate entrances. The hotel has an indoor pool with sauna and hot tub, and an outdoor pool with kiddie pool and slides. Five minutes away is a small par three golf course, the use of which is free to guests. The motel is family owned with a very friendly and homelike atmosphere. The staff give out discount coupons, and guests enjoyed the 80s retro arcade.

“Nice family extablishment”

Spent a family mini-vacation here for the second time in three years and enjoyed everything about it. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room. We all liked the fact we had a microwave and refrigerator in all our rooms to enjoy leftovers from the restaurants. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. We also like that we have reserved parking spaces for our rooms and are able to park close to each of our own rooms. We will return here whenever we stay in Wiscinsin Dells.
