The AmericInn Lodge & Suites of Wisconsin Dells is 10 minutes away from the Kalahari Convention Center and just a couple of blocks away from Noah's Ark water park. Previous guests agree there is a lack of good room amenities at this hotel. Many disliked the sparse selection of cable channels available and the fact that wireless internet is advertised yet isn't available. Despite the complaints many reviewers raved about the in-room fireplaces and hot tubs. There are two pools on the premises. Both the kiddie pool and the larger pool were greatly appreciated by reviewers. They raved about the basketball nets in the pool and the comfort of the water temperature. Previous guests felt the staff was more concerned with personal calls than providing good service.
