The Bottom Line:
Alakai Hotel and Suites has indoor and outdoor pool areas that are suitable for kids under 10. Guests liked the small slides, zero depth play area and the hot tub near the kids area. The free Mount Olympus passes were welcomed by guests, they could enjoy the big water park without having to stay in a busier hotel. Most reviewers enjoyed their rooms stating the beds were comfortable, rooms were exceptionally clean, but that you had to bring your own beach towels and other amenities. There is no on-site restaurant, but the hotel is with-in walking distance to McDonald's, Culivers and Paul Bunyun's. Overall, previous guests enjoyed this smaller scale water park hotel and would continue to use Alkai as their base for a Dells adventure.
