“During the night I kept feeling something crawling on my neck and shoulders. Finally, at 2:45am turned on lights and found nearly two dozen bed bugs in the bed. I killed many and documented the event with photos and video. Called front desk and they said they would tell housekeeping in the morning.

When I checked out in the morning they gave me a full refund without question and claimed that they've never had the problem before. HOWEVER, they very suspiciously had large, heavy garbage bags under the front desk which they offered to use for my clothes. They also exhibited a very extensive knowledge of bed bugs!”
