The Bavarian Lodge is right across the street from the Bavarian Village town center and the Gazebo. Reviewers recommend eating at the nearby Duck & Drake. Beds have suede bedspreads and down pillows. The fireplace rooms are recommended, especially as they are also corner rooms with great views and have kitchenettes. Guests appreciated the Starbuck's coffee and Tazo tea provided in the rooms and also the leather chairs. The lobby was praised for being cozy with leather chairs. Also praised were the two outdoor hot tubs, which were warm enough to enjoy in winter. The pool was also warm. Reviewers recommend requesting rooms on the quieter mountain side of the hotel. Staff were professional and guests loved the free breakfast, which was hearty and varied.
