The Holiday Inn Virginia Beach is located right on the boardwalk, and within walking distance to both the north and south sides of the beach, which previous guests found convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options are within walking distance, but guests especially raved about the on-site restaurant, which was described as affordable with good food and excellent service. Guests also enjoyed the nearby mini-golf attraction. Guests liked the rooms and really raved about the ones that had oceanview balconies. The beds were described as comfortable and clean, and the rooms include a mini-fridge and some include a microwave. The hotel does have a small indoor pool, which is heated, although it tends to get overcrowded and a few guests thought it wasn't well-maintained.
