The Crowne Plaza is located in the middle of downtown Birmingham, near the International Convention Center and Adrian Boult Hall. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Birmingham New Street Rail Station, with convenient transit options to the surrounding areas of England. Guests loved the club lounge, with free computer access and complimentary happy hour drinks. They were disappointed with the dirty and expensive parking facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious by area standards, with flat screen televisions and coffee machines. Note that the air conditioning is effective but noisy, as light sleepers may want to avoid the hotel during the summer months.
