Omni Houston Hotel Westside has free parking and a free shuttle that patrons found useful. Previous guests describe the rooms as clean, with plush beds and small bathrooms. Robes are also provided with the rooms along with easy check out on the flat screen televisions. Some patrons noted the exceptional staff left surprises in the rooms for guests who were staying on their birthday. Balloons, roses, chocolates and a card made their stay extra special. Many reviewers state the location is far off from many attractions, but the hotel is located directly off I-10 for easy access to the rest of Houston.
