The Bottom Line:
Modern Bed & Breakfast receives positive reviews for location and service. Patrons enjoyed the use of the guest kitchen and the common areas. Books, movies and a business center were available for reviewers. There is also a small fitness center available for use as well. Previous guests enjoyed the large bathrooms with two sinks, a walk in shower, and the candles around the spa tub. They found the private patios and views of the city skyline especially nice. The communal breakfast is served around 8 am, and reviewers noted the chef will make special orders to suit one's needs. The location is walking distance to Twombly Mueseum, Rothko Chapel and more. Overall previous guests enjoyed the owner's conversations, local recommendations, atmosphere and would return again.
