The Element by Westin Houston Vintage Park hotel is across the street from the new Vintage Park shopping center. It is close to the Hewlett Packard campus in the Vintage Park area, but not close to downtown Houston. Guests liked the large rooms with iPod docks and full kitchens. Bathrooms have rain showers with separate hand-held shower heads. Reviewers note that this is a LEED approved, green hotel and the kitchen floors are made from recycled tires. Televisions have DVD players and hook-ups for video devices. The hotel offers free wireless internet. It is also very pet friendly and guests liked the saltwater pool. The free breakfast includes a large choice of fresh juices and was also appreciated, but there is no room service.
