The Springhill Suites Dallas Downtown West End is in the West End and a short block from the Dallas Aquarium. It is within walking distance of Dealey Plaza and the American Airlines Center. Guests loved the spacious rooms, which are all suites with microwaves and coffee makers, which came with Maxwell House coffee and Lipton tea. Also appreciated were the comfortable beds and duvets. However, several reviewers complained about loud air conditioning units, and it was also mentioned that the kitchenettes lacked certain basic things, such as kettles. The hotel offers free internet, wired and wireless and guests did appreciate the extensive breakfast buffet. Some, however, felt the area was unsafe at night.
