“After returning to the hotel room at 10:00 pm on the day of arrival, we noticed a bug on the bed pillow. After moving the pillows, many bed bugs were seen. They were crawling all over the pillows on both beds. I did not look any further -- it was clear the hotel has a problem. I was moved to another room for the night (on the fifth floor), and found no bugs. I checked out the next day.”
