Willow Brook Lodge is in Pigeon Forge in the center of the main strip. It is across the street from The Alamo Restaurant and near many amusements including arcades, mini golf, and go-carts. Guests described the rooms as comfortable and well maintained but they felt they were very outdated. The in-room jacuzzi and balconies were appreciated by guests; however, they felt the bathrooms were too small. Reviewers loved the onsite pool and they were impressed by the breakfast provided. Staff was described as being friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate special requests.
