The Bottom Line:
Guests really liked the location, which is conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions on the main strip of Pigeon Forge. A CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, and several upscale restaurants, including the Bullfish Grill and the Partridge & Pear are within easy walking distance. The Inn at Christmas Place has an extensive outdoor water area with a waterslide, and guests particularly liked the underwater LED lights that changed colors at night. There is also a heated indoor pool and hot tub which are well-maintained. The hotel has a year-round Christmas theme, and guests thought the decor was festive and tasteful. The beds were described as extremely comfortable and clean. Past guests really liked the complimentary breakfast with Santa Claus, especially families with children.
