The Bottom Line:
The Park Tower Inn is a short distance from the main highway in the area. It is near Wonderworks and the Smoky Mountains and within walking distance of many restaurants including T.G.I.Fridays. Rooms were described as being clean and very spacious with new furniture and carpets. Guests loved the Wi-Fi and 27-inch televisions in the rooms, but they felt the toiletries and linens were of low quality. The indoor pool and continental breakfast were enjoyed by guests but many felt the pool was too small and smelled too strongly of chlorine. Staff was described as being friendly and very courteous and reviewers appreciated being allowed to check in early if their rooms were available.
