The Best Western Plaza Inn is located within walking distance of Dixie Stampede. It is also a short drive from Dollywood and Boyds Bear Country. It is close to many restaurants including Shoney's and Texas Roadhouse. Guests agreed that the rooms were large but there were mixed reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms. Many guests also found the beds to be hard and very uncomfortable. The gas fireplaces and whirlpool tubs were greatly appreciated by guests but some felt the room could have benefitted from adding a chair to the large space. Reviewers loved the continental breakfast provided and the indoor and outdoor pools. Previous guests felt the staff was friendly and very eager to please.
