The Bottom Line:
Riverhouse Motor Lodge is located in the center of Gatlinburg just one block from the main strip. There are many restaurants nearby including Bennett's BBQ and the Peddler Steakhouse. The rooms at the hotel were described as clean and comfortable by previous guests and many liked that the rooms had a modern decor; however, many felt the dark paneling on the walls made the rooms seem rather dark. Guests loved the in-room fireplaces, large private balconies, and the large vanity area outside of the bathrooms. Reviewers did not go into depth about the amenities but did mention breakfast is delivered to your door if you call and request it. Service was described as being attentive and helpful and staff really made guests feel welcome.
