The Bottom Line:

Guests of the Riverhouse at The Park near Gatlinburg absolutely loved the hotel's location - specifically the fact that many of the rooms featured a direct view of the river; though some guests made claims that road-facing rooms were overly noisy due to traffic. The rooms themselves were celebrated for their size, cleanliness and accommodations - including microfridge and microwave units - and the room service in particular was singled out as being outstanding by a number of patrons. Continental breakfast being brought straight to the guests' rooms was also loved by some visitors. The staff was called friendly and inviting by almost all who reviewed the hotel. The hotel also features a heated pool and Jacuzzi, though the pool was criticized by some as being too small.
