The Hilton Garden Inn Gatlinburg Downtown a five-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It is within walking distance of attractions like Ripley's and Skylift. It is also close to many restaurants including T.G.I.Fridays and Texas Roadhouse. The rooms were described as clean and comfortable with a modern decor. Guests loved the warm colors used to decorate. The gas fireplaces, balconies, and large bathrooms with granite countertops were appreciated by guests. Reviewers loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as the fire pit and the pebble stream available on the property. Guests felt most of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, but the housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms as often as they should have.
