Sporting a state-of-the-art spa and two outdoor swimming pools, Chaweng Regent Beach Resort situates visitors directly along Chaweng Beach, and within close proximity to Fisherman’s Village, Bang Rak Pier and the Samui International Airport. While the resort’s team received ample amounts of praise, further highlights included beachside nightly ‘happy hours,’ fantastic on-site dining options and stunning scenery. Accommodation was found supremely clean, spaciously designed and sporting traditional Thai décor. Minor glitches included shoddy bathroom plumbing issues, a lack of in-room storage space and sub-par breakfast spreads. Further disappointed guests wished for free Wi-Fi and more comfortable bedding.
