La Penita Apartments are located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, near a small beach and Gran Casino de Lanzarote. The hotel is also within walking distance of Old Town and most area attractions. Guests loved the salt water pool area, complete with a poolside bar and views of the sea. They also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as the hotel is situated away from the main strip of hotels. Accommodations are immaculately clean but basic, with minimal décor and kitchen facilities. Note that internet service is unavailable and many guest rooms lack reliable air conditioning. The hotel does provide tennis courts and a children’s playground.
