The Bottom Line:

Sporting a game room, disotheque, restaurant/bar (air conditioned), and hair salon, Hipotels Natura Palace wowed guests with on-site bicycle rentals, children’s playground and parking. Visitors utilized the hotel’s massive outdoor pool, as well as surrounding miles of untouched beaches. Guestrooms come equipped with air conditioning, mini-bars, refrigerators (although usage fees apply) and balconies (note that suites also contain whirlpool bathtubs). While the Palace does contain tennis courts and an on-site sports field, additional usage fees apply. Various guests found the hotel’s exterior dated, and were less than impressed with spotty house keeping. Other complaints concerned no in-room Wi-Fi access (public areas only), a poorly maintained gym, and inconsistent on-site dining experiences.
