Guests were pleased with in-room amenities such as free Wi-Fi access, hydromassage baths and air conditioning. Specific highlights included the hotel’s electronically adjustable beds and soundproofed windows. Those underwhelmed found guestrooms small, and front desk staff overtly rude.
