The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia is located in the center of the city within walking distance of Rittenhouse Square and Philadelphia City Hall. It is also in close proximity to the Liberty Bell, Franklin Museum, and Terminal Market. Reviewers had mixed reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms but many praised the flat screen TVs, Bulgari toiletries, and down bedding. Many past guests felt the service was top-notch and were pleasantly surprised with free upgrades.
