Philadelphia: Hotels with Indoor Pool
Few cities in the United States are steeped in as much history as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Visitors walking through the historical center can get a sense of American History right before their eyes. One particular point of interest is the Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell is housed is a glass pavilion and is visible at all times. Inside its neighboring building there are a few exhibits explaining its story and how it has become a national symbol for freedom. The x-ray of the famous crack is a great educational conversation starter for parents and children. Just down the street from the Liberty Bell lies Independence Hall. It was the site where the Liberty Bell once tolled. Among its other claims to fame are the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The very chair in which George Washington sat in at the events is also on display. Another cultural attraction in Philadelphia is the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Sadly its more what lies outside the museum that attracts tourists that what is inside. The Philadelphia Museum of Art is home to the famous 72 stone steps that have become known as the "Rocky" steps. More visitors climb the steps and gaze at the statue than actually venture inside. Both features are worth a look. Philadelphia is known as The City of Brotherly Love and has earned that reputation by providing so much for visitors to enjoy.
