“Stayed here for a friend's wedding on a Saturday night, Oct 15. The next day I developed a painful burning patch on my arm which, after about an hour, turned into 4 bite marks in a perfectly straight row. I then learned that this is a typical sign of bedbugs. I was supposed to stay here again on Sunday night after the wedding but I left early as a precaution.
I didn't ask for compensation I didn't personally pay for the hotel room so I can't say whether management is helpful or not. ”

The Bottom Line:
The Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast has good access to I-95 and downtown, and is close to Franklin Mills Mall and very close to the Amtrak station. However, it is a little hard to get into the parking lot due to the awkward layout of the street it is on, Franklin Boulevard. The hotel is pet friendly. Most reviewers found the rooms clean, but some did have issues with dirt. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and complimentary water and chocolate chip cookies. Rooms also had large flat screen televisions and free wi-fi.
