“My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and had multiple bedbug bites. I had over 80 bites. The manager/owner is refuting our claim since he could not find any bedbugs. I went to a med center in Gettysburg after checking out and the doctor confirmed the bites were from bedbugs. There is ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that these bedbug bites came from this hotel room. Something must be done to make hotels and their companies responsible for this nightmarish disgusting and very toublesome (I had an allergic reaction to the bites!) problem!”

The Quality Inn at General Lee’s Headquarters is a popular choice for travelers seeking affordable accommodations in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Guests do not have to travel far to see one of the area’s top attractions since the General Lee’s Headquarters Museum is housed within the hotel. Gettysburg National Military Park is also only a short drive away. Given the affordable nature of the hotel, guests do not expect spectacular amenities, but do find their rooms to be clean and comfortable. Larger suites provide additional perks such as whirlpool tubs, sofa sleepers and fireplaces. Guests enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast set out each morning by the hotel and praise the hotel’s restaurant, the Appalachian Brewery and Restaurant, for its large selection of food and beer.
