“Stayed one night at the resort. I am a frequent visitor since resort opened but this particular day I brought family members that were new to indoor waterpark experience. Woke up next day with bite marks over us then saw bugs crawling on pillow. Called front desk to notify managment. They sent a maintenance man who looked and acted like he didn't see anything, Called back to front desk they sent a manager of maintenance. He wouldn't say they were bed bugs but we were moved to another room. Finally talked to manager Nick of guest relations. He looked at bites on us and said he didn't know if we had them when we came and said they had to call exterminator to confirm what these bugs were, They only refunded the night stay and gave discount on next stay,,,didn't replace luggage or clothes which I refused to take in to my home.”
