“We were moved several times after check-in. Our first issues started when we entered a room that was not cleaned. It had appeared that someone had layed on the beds. There were dirty used towels laying on the floor. The hotel did not appear clean but we decided to stay since this was the host hotel of our tournament.

We were then moved to a room which did not have air conditioning. The room had a musky smell. They sent maintenance in to resolve the air issue. The air never seemed to work and we were ultimately moved to another room with the same odor.

We decided that we needed to get some rest. I checked beneath the sheets and didn't see anything but failed to check the other bed. I woke up the next day with huge red bumps all over my side and legs. I wasn't sure what it was and had it checked by a Doctor, who confirmed that they appeared to be bedbug bites.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay their again!!!”
