The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade is a historical landmark in downtown Cleveland. It is conveniently located near both of the city's pro sports stadiums. Guests find the rooms to be clean and spacious, but otherwise unspectacular. The on-site fitness center, however, draws raves and is open 24 hours a day. Guests also enjoy the convenience of jogging and walking trails around the hotel. Some guests complain about the high parking fees at the hotel and recommend using the valet service since it isn't much more expensive than self-parking. Guests enjoy the live music at the House of Blues, but find the food to be ordinary and recommend dining at Lola instead.
