“I stay at this hotel on business about once a month, and have been mostly pleased with the experience. However, I woke up Tuesday, ran off to a client meeting. Around lunch, I noticed that my legs were itchy. When I had a moment, I looked under my pants legs and found several red welts. They are consistent with some kind of bite--and after looking online and comparing with photos of bed bug pictures, they are consistent. I would urge the hotel to look into this matter immediately. As of now, my company has placed a freeze on booking colleagues or clients at this property until this issue is resolved.
I tried to contact Wyndham customer service yesterday and after being on hold for an hour waiting for a customer service representative, gave up. Hopefully this will encourage them to take an honest look at some sort of pest--likely bedbug--infestation.”
