The Waldorf Astoria is located on Park Avenue, close to the Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Guests love the stunning lobby and generous staff, but feel the hotel has failed to keep up with the times—as many note the lack of common features such as a coffee maker. They also complain that food and beverages are extremely overpriced. Most guests do appreciate the unique mixture of history and functionality—albeit at a price.
