The Bottom Line:
The Courtyard New York Manhattan Midtown East is about four blocks from the Rockefeller Center. It is a short walk to Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue for shopping. Guests loved the firm beds and fresh smelling pillows. Rooms are large, with sofa beds, televisions and coffee makers. They do not have fridges. The vanity area is separate from the bathroom. The largest complaint was that this hotel has no bar or restaurant, although there is a breakfast buffet for a reasonable charge. Room service is delivery from a local restaurant and rather limited. Service was complimented in general, however, especially the efficient concierge and staff's ability to deal with problems.
