Previous guest of the Chelsea Pines Inn loved the humor of the decor that incorporates Classic movies and actors in each room and throughout the hotel. Reviewers describe some of the rooms as small, but state larger rooms are available. They also agree the free wi-fi, firm beds, and modern bathrooms make up for the size. They also particularly enjoyed the in-house newsletter that is slipped under the door daily, with details of Broadway shows and attractions in the area. The hotel located within walking distance of, SoHo, Greenwich Village, and the Hudson River Park made touring the city convenient for previous guests. Overall reviewers loved the atmosphere, attentive staff, location and would suggest anyone to visit this hotel next time they visit New York.
