Best Hotels in New York City

While it would take weeks to properly explore New York City, visitors often start at the Empire State Building where they can get a fabulous view of the country’s biggest city. It is a relatively short walk to Central Park, where horse-drawn carriages carry visitors through the park. A quick subway ride takes visitors to the southern end of New York, where they can hop on a ferry that brings them to the Statue of Liberty. From there, visitors often make the somber journey to Ground Zero, where crowds gather daily to honor the victims of 9/11. In the evening, New York’s Theater District comes alive as people flock to Broadway to see the country’s newest plays. Late at night, the crowds move south to fill the numerous bars and restaurants of Greenwich Village, Soho and the East Village.
