The Clarion Hotel - Jamaica is just under a mile from the City University of New York and the Jamaica City Centre. It is only two blocks from the subway to downtown NYC. Guests appreciated the clean rooms and free continental breakfast. Rooms have flat screen TVs and fridges, and also Neutrogena toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds have pillow top mattresses. Reviewers found check-in and checkout speedy. However, the hotel does not have an airport shuttle and some reviewers found service poor.
