“To everyone out the please DO NOT stay at the Tropicana Express Hotel. We encounterred bed bugs and the hotel staff did not want to help us at all. They wanted to move us to a room on the same floor. They didn't want to reimburse us, the manager and supervisor refuse to answer my calls or return my calls. We had to leave the hotel at 3am and had to drive back home which took us 5 hrs. It was the most horrible experience. ” read full report
