“I have been staying at the Rio for about 10 years. I have a diamond card and I am offered free suites. On August 17,2011. I encountered bed bugs. Jumped up and took a shower and called for Security who never came. I am also handicap and walk with a cane. I was moved to one side of the hotel and back again. Finally, the last room I was offered which was a floor higher than my original room. I walked in and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and dirty dishes in the sink. I wasn't treated well at all. I am covered in bed bug bites. I then went to Flamingo and was still pulling bugs off of me at that hotel four hours later. I am furious. The Rio did pay for room service at the Flamingo which was a burger.I feel I should have been told.”
