“I stayed on the 7th floor but didn't have any problems until the day I checked out....I stored my luggage with the bell hop and changed before catching my flight, immediately after changing clothes my lips were swollen we laughed but it's not so funny now. I had no idea what to think thought it was an allergic reaction to something but as it turns out it was bed bugs....brought them home and a week later figured out what was going on and am fumigating my house as I write this report.”

“Booked in for a few days....stayed on 11th floor mountain view.....Found this bug in the bathroom...tried to squish it...thought I killed it...then I wondered if it was a bed bug...went to the internet to see what a bed bug looked like...I came back to see the bug and it had started walking again...so i thru a water glass over it...Im not sure if it is a bed bug....but check out my photos and let me know....
On the net I googled Hard Rock bed bugs and I found a report the from someone staying on the same floor that bad been bitten all over...so I freaked out... I called down to the desk to say I needed someone to come up...they said it would take 20 minutes....no one ever came...So then I called back and said I need to change rooms...I was looking on the walls and took the covers off of the bed...didn't see anything else...

a bellman came up and gave me the key to a new suite...much bigger on the 7th floor...overlooking the pool...It helped somewhat...but I couldn't sleep till 5 am thinking about if they were in my luggage and clothes and if i was going to bring home with me...
No apology was ever made...no one followed up...
anyways on top of that the internet was so slow ....I asked about that and again it wasn't fixed...
they took off one day's resort fee for that...
would I say here again...NOPE

if its not a bed bug then it is still grose

“(09/11-09/14,11th floor-room 1155) Cassino Tower (attention JetBlue buyers) Got back Friday evening after staying at the Hard Rock for three nights. right after the first night the bites began, and have spread all over my body and itch like crazy!
since then I am on medication (Zyrtec, Benadryl and Cortizon) -
My right arm still red and hot around the bite i can't even rest my arm.Part of the staff was terrified with the bites on my back One of the housekeepers said she has never seen any case in this hotel.

very nice pool--but i don't think is worth unless you bring your space suit,unfortunately I do not have one.”
