The Bottom Line:
El Cortez Cabana Suites is located just off the Las Vegas Strip, within walking distance of the Palace Street Hotel and Fremont Street Experience. Guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with HDTVs and refrigerators, but did mention that they were a little small and the bathrooms 'simple'. Guests raved about security and about the service provided by the staff, especially the front desk personnel. However, some complained about poor cell phone reception in some rooms.
