The Bottom Line:
The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino is in a central location on the Atlantic City boardwalk. It is an easy walk to Caesar's and Bally's and to plenty of good shopping. Reviewers recommend the Max's restaurant for good food and appreciate the large casino. Some rooms have great ocean views, although prior guests warn that others have basically no view at all. Complaints were also made about the old TVs and about dirty carpets in the rooms, which were also on the small side. Rooms also lacked convenient electrical outlets. The hotel does not offer internet access. Service was reviewed as mixed, and mostly on the poor side. However, guests loved the Liquid Bar and the Starbuck's in the lobby.
