The Bottom Line:

The Flagship Resort is not on the boardwalk, but does offer a free shuttle. There is little of interest in the immediate neighborhood, and most reviewers felt it was in an unsafe and seedy location, even for Atlantic City. Guests appreciated the size of the rooms and the great views, but there were complaints about dirt, infrequent housekeeping and slow elevators. Rooms are all suites, and kitchen facilities are praised for having stoves and garbage disposals in the sinks. Some rooms have large balconies. Guests praised the hotel restaurant, but had negative things to say about security, which responded slowly to problems and seemed to have attitude.
