“This place is infested! When my wife and I woke up to bites all over our legs and body, we contacted management who had us change rooms and complete a report.

When we spoke with security, he told us that they have 2 or 3 bedbug complaints every weekend!

We later ran into "Chip" the pest control representative who showed us the bugs from our room.

How can a place like this not get visited by the authorities??”

“My girlfriend and I happen to be co-owners when we first arrived at the room right away I did not like it...it was dark there was a wall blocking the view of ocean...we decided to go to bed...all during the night i kept scratching it was so bad that it kept waking me up. When I got up in the morning I noticed i had red welts and small bumps on my neck,back,legs,breast,forehead,ankles,arms. As the day progressed thoses areas became more bigger,more red and itch like crazy. My girl called the front desk and they sent someone and they took pictures of my body where the bites were. On my way home my left arm started to swell and hurt very bad. I went immediately to the hospital and that's when I was told I had been attacked by bed bugs and I was infected. I received two needles and three perscriptions this has not been a pleasant experience for me!
