“This was the only motel I stayed in during an 8-day motorcycle ride. As I fell asleep, I thought I might be getting some bites but I didn't bother to get up. The next morning, I resumed my ride. Upon arriving at home in the evening, I showered and noticed literally hundreds of red spots all over my body. The heat of the ride day and the shower brought them out and, for the past 5 days I have been incredibly uncomfortable. I have pictures, showing what is appropriate for general viewing.

I have never encountered bedbugs before, and I've stayed in some amazingly iffy places. This wasn't a small, initial problem; this room had obviously been infested for quite some time.”
