“Woke up with bed bugs crawling on me and biting me. Call front desk. Had them send up security. Security confirmed that there were a lot of bugs, and that they appeared to have been there for a while. Took dead samples with me, as well as left with the desk.
Management confirmed on July 6 that exterminator had found a few bugs in the room but that it did not qualify as an 'infestation'. He also stated that this was common. However, management was extremely rude and ultimately hung up on me. ”
