The Bottom Line:
Twelve Oaks Inn is in Branson a block away from the main strip. It is a short drive to Silver Dollar City and White Water. It is also close to many restaurants including Elenita's Mexican Cafe. Guests described the rooms as comfortable and spacious and they loved the throw pillows, plants, and pictures that decorate the rooms. The oversized jetted tubs were a hit; however, previous guests felt there should have been more room amenities like a microwave and/or refrigerator. Many reviewers were disappointed that the hotel does not offer any extras, but others did not mind considering how close it is to the center of town. Service was praised and many guests lauded the maids for keeping the entire hotel spotless.
