The Bottom Line:
The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is located in the Branson Landing shopping area near stores like Belk and Pro Bass. It is minutes away from Joe's Crab Shack and the Payne Stewart golf course. The rooms were described as being large and beautifully decorated but many guests felt the air conditioning units were noisy. Guests appreciated the jacuzzi tubs and double vanities in the bathrooms. They also loved the mini-refrigerators and in-room balconies. Amenities enjoyed by guests include room service and valet service; however, many felt the room service food was overpriced and not very good. Service was described as being attentive and friendly and the reviewers loved that staff remembered their names.
