Guests rave about the hotel staff, where special events and other occasions are handled with first class customer service. They also love the quality of food and amenities—including a pool and gym. Rooms are spacious and many have balconies that overlook the ocean. Guests did raise concerns over the noise level, especially with regards to events lasting well into the night. The hotel's location was praised for its proximity away from the main strip in town.
